Once your request is approved, you will be required to self-ship the item to our address.

No other reason will be accepted for exchange.

2. Mandatory Unboxing Video
For any damage or defect-related exchange, customers must provide a complete and clear unboxing video recorded from the moment the package is opened. Without this, the exchange request cannot be processed.

3. Self-Shipping Requirement
We do not provide reverse pickups.
Customers must self-ship the item to our designated address once the exchange request is approved. All shipping costs for sending the product back are the customer’s responsibility.
