I haven’t received my order yet. What should I do?
First, check your tracking for the latest update. If the status hasn’t changed for more than 48 hours, contact us with your order ID. We will check with the courier partner and update you.
What do the tracking status messages mean?
- In Transit: Your parcel is moving between courier facilities.
- Out for Delivery: The courier partner will attempt delivery today.
- Hold at Hub: The parcel is at the courier hub and will move shortly.
- RTO in Transit: The parcel is being returned to the sender (usually due to non-availability, wrong address, or refusal at delivery).
- Delivered: The parcel has been delivered successfully.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we send the tracking details on WhatsApp. You can also track it anytime on our Track Your Order page.
How many days does delivery take?
Ready-stock items are dispatched within 7 days and usually delivered in 2–5 business days after dispatch. Festival and made-to-order designs take 12–15 days to make before dispatch.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes, partial COD is available: pay 25% online as advance and the rest in cash on delivery. Prepaid orders get a flat 10% discount.
When will I receive my refund?
We do not provide refunds. Only exchange is available.

I received a damaged product. Can I get a replacement?
Yes. Share clear photos, the opening video and order details within 24 hours of delivery for approval.
Do you provide reverse pickup?
No. We do not offer reverse pickup. The customer must send the item back to us after approval.
Can I exchange my order if I don’t like it?
No, exchanges are available only for damaged or defective items.
How can I exchange my order?
Request an exchange within 24 hours of delivery with clear images or video. The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
What are the shipping charges?
Shipping varies by size, weight and destination.
Can I change my shipping address after placing the order?
You can change your address within 24–48 hours by contacting customer support.
Do you offer express shipping?
Yes, express shipping is available with extra charges.
How can I cancel my order?
Contact customer support immediately. Cancellation may not be possible once shipped.
