I haven’t received my order yet. What should I do?
First, check your tracking number for the latest update. If the status hasn’t changed for more than 48 hours, contact us with your order ID. We will check with the courier partner and update you.
What do the tracking status messages mean?
- In Transit: Your parcel is moving between courier facilities.
- Out for Delivery: The courier partner will attempt delivery today.
- Hold at Hub: The parcel is at the courier hub and will move shortly.
- RTO in Transit: The parcel is being returned to the sender (usually due to non-availability, wrong address, or refusal at delivery).
- Delivered: The parcel has been delivered successfully.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number on WhatsApp or SMS. You can use that tracking number on the courier partner’s website to check the live status of your parcel.
When will I receive my refund?
We do not provide refunds. Only exchange is available.
